Shadow work is a contemplative action, employed and embraced, for the introspection of one’s self as you grow spiritually.
Shadow work should never be thought of as completing a task on the ladder up. Rather, it is in the depths of one’s soul – that pondering ground – that dueling field- where one encounters the realm of the Shadow.
There, you come face to face with the true fiber of your being. There, you work the work of shamans, as did the ancient ones; and so, you tread upon the long-forgotten road of your Child.
The path of the Shadow unravels the tangled web of memories and puts your life’s lessons in proper perspective. Thereafter, and with relentless abandon, you move upward to your Higher Self.
Do not be weary of the darkness when it passes over you. Only allow the night to do it’s work; to take you through the nightmares and the dreams; and to birth your heart into rapture and repose, as you find your place of poise in the bustle of life’s ebbs and flows.
